Clean room, good location, friendly staff

Location and food selection for breakfast. The size of the room is also quite spacious(we went for 3 bed room)

They received and held our luggage, from Hachinhoe, for a week while we hiked the Michinoku Coastal Trail.We could control the air conditioning in the room (not able to do this in all hotels).

Location. No free parking. Not all vehicles can be parkednon premises.

Parking fee, the desciption of the hotel mentions public parking to pay, and garage parking, which is not clear it is included or not. It would be better to be included in the fee.

Location.

They were still cleaning the room when we checked in and went our room. The room was comfortable but price doesn’t much to its value. The ceiling sprinkler was dusty. The corners of bathroom ceiling needed to be cleaned.

Nice modern hotel. Good size room with 3 proper comfortable beds and still room for a seating area. Comfortable pillows as well. Amazing breakfast buffet eaten whilst enjoying the view over the town. Nice shopping mall across the road where we should have had dinner instead of trying to find a restaurant in the maze of restaurants further down the road.

Not so very far from the station but in the heat it felt longer.

Comfortable and relatively spacious (for Japan) western style rooms in a great location for a great price.

Close to the castle. Bus stop is just opposite the road. Easy to call taxi. Reasonable priced italian restaurant inside for lunch.

The breakfast room on the 14th floor can see Mt Iwate in a clear day. The food spread is very wide with local and a bit of western selection. It also serves cold noodle and jajamen. Room is clean and large as described on booking website. Although the distance to the train station is about 650m away, but the hotel is nearer to the city castle ruin and shopping district.

My wife and I stayed 6 nights at the hotel and had the same breakfast spread! Wish it can be slightly different spread every 2 to 3 days.

The breakfast and view from breakfast was incredible. It is a large buffet with both Japanese and Western options. It was delicious, organized, and the staff were very friendly.

Convenient location, 10 minutes from Morioka station and many eateries/convenience stores also within this radius.Room was relatively spacious and very comfortable.Staff handled check in/check out and miscellaneous enquiries efficiently.

Only 2 washer-dryers in the laundry room.

Breakfast was expensive and lower quality compared to Richmond Hotel in Aomori.

Proximity to Morioka station and the center of town. Staff are very friendly are accommodating of requests of room change. Old hotel but very clean and nicely maintained. With luck and upgrades, you have a view of the mountain Iwaki from the room;truly magnificent view.

I wish they provide water and non powder coffee.It’s a deluxe room!

Hotel in central location not far from all the sights & train station. Room is cozy though size is a bit small for 2 people. Having a bathtub. Good breakfast. Restaurant has a mountain view.
